1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, applications, reports, tools, subscriptions, content, and services provided by Its So San Diego LLC, operating as AI Mazie (“AI Mazie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a product, accessing a gated service, or otherwise using AI Mazie, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional product-specific terms presented at checkout or within a feature may supplement these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must meet the minimum age required for the service and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or sublicense account access except as expressly authorized by AI Mazie.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

3. AI Mazie Products and Services

AI Mazie may offer one-time products, subscriptions, AI-generated reports, workflow tools, Career Twin features, public intelligence, support services, and other products. Features, names, pricing, usage limits, availability, and included benefits may change over time.

A purchase grants the access or entitlement described at the time of purchase. It does not transfer ownership of AI Mazie software, systems, scoring methodologies, prompts, models, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable processor and AI Mazie to complete the transaction described at checkout.

For recurring subscriptions, the billing interval, recurring price, and cancellation method should be disclosed before purchase. Unless cancelled, a recurring subscription may renew automatically according to the terms presented at enrollment. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, charges, and fees disclosed at checkout. We may correct pricing or billing errors and may refuse or cancel transactions that appear unauthorized, fraudulent, or technically invalid.

5. AI-Generated Outputs and Career Information

AI Mazie uses artificial intelligence and analytical frameworks to generate assessments, scores, summaries, recommendations, simulations, workflow suggestions, and other content. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation.

AI Mazie does not guarantee that a job will or will not be automated, that a particular career move will succeed, that a salary or employment outcome will occur, or that a recommended tool, workflow, skill, or strategy will produce a specific result.

You remain responsible for evaluating outputs and making your own employment, education, business, financial, legal, and professional decisions.

6. No Professional Advice

AI Mazie provides informational and decision-support tools. Unless expressly stated in a separate written engagement, AI Mazie is not acting as your attorney, financial adviser, investment adviser, accountant, mental-health professional, recruiter, licensed career counselor, employer, or educational institution.

Nothing provided through the service should be treated as legal, tax, investment, medical, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice.

7. User Content and Submitted Information

You retain ownership of information and content you submit, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. You grant AI Mazie a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform submitted information as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to submit the information you provide and that doing so does not violate law or third-party rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use AI Mazie to:

• Violate law, regulation, court order, or the rights of another person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, credentials, source code, models, or restricted functionality.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, copy, or reproduce proprietary platform functionality except where law expressly permits.
• Interfere with security, availability, rate limits, access controls, payment controls, or entitlement systems.
• Use automated means to create abusive load, mass-register accounts, or bypass product limits.
• Upload malware or content intended to compromise systems or users.
• Use the service to impersonate others, commit fraud, or generate deceptive credentials or professional claims.
• Resell or commercially redistribute AI Mazie reports, datasets, scoring systems, or tools without written authorization.

9. Intellectual Property

AI Mazie and its licensors own the platform, software, interface designs, trademarks, logos, scoring systems, methodologies, report layouts, prompts, taxonomies, documentation, and other proprietary materials, excluding user-owned content and third-party materials.

Subject to these Terms and applicable payment requirements, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The service may integrate with or reference third-party products such as AI providers, payment processors, automation platforms, career resources, software tools, or external websites. AI Mazie does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, policies, pricing, or performance.

11. Service Changes and Availability

We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, vendor outages, hosting issues, internet conditions, or other events may temporarily affect access.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI MAZIE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND RESULTS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI MAZIE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AI MAZIE FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF YOU PAID NOTHING, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT RESULT.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Mazie and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using AI Mazie at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, security risk, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law and forum applicable to these Terms should be determined by AI Mazie’s legal entity, principal place of business, and applicable consumer-protection requirements. Any governing-law provision is subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, pricing, technology, law, or business operations. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Where required, we may provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
